  1. Confidential information is stored in a secure location away from public access.

  2. We will retain your information as long as you use the Website/App and for 6 months after.  You can request deletion of your information at 

  3. Employees are educated about the privacy policy and it is reviewed at the time of orientation.

  4. Employees have access only to information required to complete their job responsibilities.

  5. Confidential information is not shared with third parties (with the exception of those listed above) without written approval from the customer or responsible party.

  6. All computers containing confidential information are accessed only via password.

  7. In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in Ownership or use of this information.

  8. By using the App or Website, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth by this Privacy Policy.
